At River Trail Outdoor, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Used, washed, damaged, or altered merchandise
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@rivertrailoutdoor.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will make it right.
